Shipping and Returns

Available Sizes:  Not all coffee varieties are available in all sizes.  What is listed for sale on the web site is what we make.  Our coffee is sold in four available sizes.
    Single bag size (either 10oz or 12oz, whole bean or ground as specified)
    Sample pack size (24 sample sized packs, only as ground, 1.75 ounce each)
    Medium bulk size (2 pounds, only in whole bean)
    Large bulk size (4 pounds, only in whole bean)

Custom Grinding:  We are unable to custom grind coffees that only come as whole bean. 

Order Deadlines:  If your order is placed by the end of the business day Monday through Friday, it will be shipped within the next 72 hours. 

Out of Stocks:  We roast our coffee fresh every week.  If for any reason, your order will be held for longer than 24 hours due to product being out of stock, you will be notified.  You will be able to substitute another type of coffee, or hold your order until we can fill the entire order. We will not ship partial orders.

Shipping:  All shipping is done through FedEx Ground, which delivers within 1-5 business days,excluding Saturday and Sunday.  FedEx Ground does not require a signature for delivery.  If you place an order in excess of $250.00, we will require a signature for the delivery.  You will be contacted to confirm your shipping address prior to shipping the product to make sure someone will be available at that address to sign for the product. 

Shipment Tracking:  You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with a FedEx tracking number.  All shipments are traceable on FedEx’s website, www.fedex.com.

Shipping Errors:  You are responsible for packages left at your door.  You will be responsible for any extra charges incurred from typographical errors made in the billing and shipping addresses.  

Returns:  Since our items are consumable and perishable, you will have 7 days from the date you receive the items to return any un-opened product.  You will be refunded the purchase price of the items you have returned.  Shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Damaged Product:  If the product you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact us.

International Shipping, Shipping to Military Addresses, and Shipments Over 40 pounds:  Please contact us at 1-800-USA-JAVA or through online@cameronscoffee.com to get a quotation for shipping.
