I'm a coffee snob!!! I started drinking coffee more than fifty years ago and it has been a love affair ever since. As a child I was awakened every day by the sound of my parents kitchen aid coffee mill grinding up the first pot. My mother used to boil the coffee with egg shells to richen rthe flavor, then pour it through cheese cloth into an old thermos preheated with hot water. No letting it sit on a burner to spoil the flavor. I didn't know coffee came preground until I was in college. I have been searching for a coffee that was like my mothers "home brew", and the Velvet Moon Espresso is not only as good, it's better (sorry mom). It has a full, rich flavor with just a hint of nutty taste. I started drinking coffee with heavy cream to richen the flavor and this is the first coffee I have been able to REALLY enjoy just black. I like my cheese to bite me back, not my coffee. And to top it off, it's very reasonably priced. This is truly a great cup of coffee. We are running out of it and I brewed a pot of another specialty coffee that has been our staple for several years and we couldn't finish it. We are truly ruined!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Please rush my order, cold turkey is not a pleasant state of affairs.
