I’m happy to tell you that in order to do this, we purchased and installed a new roaster this past summer. Don’t worry, we purchased one that is just a newer version of our current roasters, so it still produces the same great tasting coffee that we always strive for here at Cameron’s.
Roasting coffee is a combination of art and science. The art is knowing how to roast coffee in order to bring out the best taste profile in your cup. The science is using technology, both new and old, that has given our roasting team a great tool to work with in order to roast the always smooth, never bitter coffee that you know and love.
