Ice cream solves everything, and we think coffee does, too! 😊 With the weekend right around the corner, we’re savoring the last of this summer weather with home-made espresso ice cream (courtesy of our Velvet Moon Espresso). Simple, smooth and delicious – give it a try with the recipe below!
ICE CREAM ESPRESSO RECIPE:
With only four simple ingredients and minimal preparation steps, this recipe is a no brainer. And believe us, the taste will have you coming back for seconds (and thirds)!
PREP TIME: 1 hour 10 min
MAKES: 1 pint
Your favorite Cameron’s Coffee Blend (we recommend Velvet Moon Espresso for this specific recipe, but any will work!)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint of heavy cream
Bag of chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
In a medium bowl, mix the cream till it becomes whipped and fluffy. Separately, combine and mix the other ingredients together. Now add in the cream and fold it all together. Pour it into a freezer safe container and freeze.
All you have to do now is scoop, serve and enjoy!
