Fun fact, the word affogato means “drowned” in Italian, which is the perfect way to describe how your favorite Cameron’s blend is going to melt and mingle with the classic vanilla ice cream.
- Brew 1 shot of our Organic Espresso (2 tbsp ground coffee per 6 oz water) or 4 tbsp of a strong cup of your favorite Cameron’s brewed coffee.
- Scoop 1-2 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream (might we suggest a local favorite, Izzy’s) into a wide glass or small bowl.
- Pour the brewed coffee over the ice cream.
An affogato is truly the easiest way to have both an after dinner drink and dessert!
