- 8 oz cold brew coffee
- 6 oz milk of your choice
- 2 oz Bailey’s
- Mint infused simple syrup (directions below), to taste
Mint Infused Simple Syrup: 1 part sugar, 1 part water, bring to a boil, add a handful of mint leaves + stems into the hot syrup and let cool.
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
