Cameron’s Extra Smooth Irish Coffee
This smooth, decadent Irish Coffee made with our Organic French Roast will have you feeling extra lucky for St. Patrick’s Day! 
Happy St. Patrick’s week! While you’re getting in the spirit, enjoy our take on the classic Irish Coffee. This is a special recipe adapted by our very own Cameron’s Roastmaster. With less than 5 minutes to prep it’s an easy, delicious win. Just stir, sip and enjoy!
RECIPE
PREP TIME: 2 min
COOK TIME: 3 min
MAKES: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish cream liqueur
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish whiskey
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee, we recommend Organic French Roast
- 1 tablespoon homemade whipped cream (we like this recipe, here!)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine coffee, Irish cream and Irish whiskey.
- Top with a dab of homemade whipped cream.
- Add a dash of cinnamon.
