Move over, pumpkin spice lattes! With just a few simple ingredients, you can easily whip up this fluffy, creamy seasonal treat. All you need to do is combine our Classic Roast Instant Coffee, pumpkin spice, sugar and water with an electric mixer, then serve it up with your favorite milk. The result is a velvety smooth, flavor-packed whipped coffee that you’ll want on repeat all fall/winter long.
Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Coffee
Prep. Time: 5-10 minutes
1 Tbsp Cameron’s Classic Roast Instant coffee
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp hot water
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (don’t have any on hand? Check out this homemade version here!)
1 cup milk (or any milk substitute)
(optional ice for cold coffee)
- Combine instant coffee, sugar, water, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a handheld mixer, stand mixer, or milk frother whisk on high speed until the coffee mixture forms a stiff peak, about 2-4 minutes.
- Pour mixture over hot milk (using any milk or milk substitute).
- For iced coffee, pour ice in the glass, then pour milk and add whipped coffee on top.
