Light Roast
Roasted for a shorter time, these beans are light brown. This roasting level preserves more of the beans' natural flavors and tends to be higher in caffeine. Light roasts are known to be bright, fruity and a little more acidic than other roasts, but you never have to worry about that with Cameron's. We specialize in smooth.
Medium Roast
Roasted a bit longer, these beans are medium brown and tend to have balanced flavors with subtle notes of chocolate and nuttiness. These roasts are slightly sweet but not as sweet as light roasts.
Dark Roast
Roasted the longest, dark roast beans are deep brown to almost black in color and are often oily after being roasted, releasing bold, smoky flavors that bring out the beans' deepest notes. Dark roasts also tend to have the least amount of caffeine among all roasts, which is relative; there is still about 95 mg on average in an 8-oz cup of coffee.
